Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. The Forest Service wants fire boxes; contained fires. Flat-Out Backen' fits the bill. Being eleven 1/2 pounds (10" x 20") its easy to pack and handle. Will fit in a backpack therefore great for hikers, hunters, fishermen and all kinds of camping enthusiasts. We started out years ago on the round up with camp fires on the ground. After a trail of metal and different designs we came up with the basic model and have been refining it for about five years. That 's our story and we are sticking to it!!!

We love to camp even in the back yard there is something wonderful about sitting around the camp fire and visiting with your friends and family it just lets you slow down and enjoy the simple things in life. Don't forget The Road Trip!! We always have a FLAT-OUT BACKEN' folding camp stove in our pickup/car just in case the opportunity arrives for a contained fire.
